How to reduce the size of printing a Word document?
I make labels for my collection of insects so I need to read small words for small labels. I am supposed to reduce the print size of 35%. I know how to do it on a Mac – there is an option for that on the setup page where you can pass "landscape" to "portrait" But I can not understand how to do on a PC in the word … Thank you!
I do not know of any way in Word to reduce the print size (would be nice if it mirrored the display size), but you can reduce the print size by adjusting the font size. Font size is measured in points, where 1 inch = 72 points, thus reducing Police from 9 points to 6 would be a reduction of 33%. You also need to play with positioning, but if you label it already an established fact. Hope that helps.
