Paid for the job (U.S. Canada), do not receive it, how to get justice?
automotive advertising received by mail. I "Won" a "free laptop. I went to the car dealer and did a test drive. Of course, I'm not stupid Read all terms and conditions small print. I have to pay $ 120 for a "free" laptop. I thought, I'll get it from the dealer, but he gave me a certificate that I mail to a marketing group in Canada. I send the certificate, a warrant and a copy of my driver's license. I have copies of all documents. I never received my item. How do I get my money, or how do I get the item I paid? Who is responsible for the dealer or marketing company in Canada? Instead of pursuing / go to court in a department of consumer protection would be more useful and easier to treat. Which department should I contact? A Canadian or U.S.?
You should pursue two paths recovery – against the marketing company and car dealership.
