Printer Only Prints Landscape

problems with the setup print preview? help me solve this problem?
when my printer printed pages, it displays only Lade screen I use the print preview.i go into print preview Setup and the options are to print only the selected image, it is gray and I can not get a job / I can not click on the table is also it.there Links there.i portrait use, but if I print a page it prints only three quarters of the page to use the landscape; but I would not I print to.when a page (I want it to print only the selected image) not only as Lade on the screen you can see my problem. how do I get my print preview option so you can use only the selected frame?
Printing should work with the following: Page margins gutters size page size must be indicated in the print settings margins-so-channels are generally lacking also, you can configure your printer using the driver.
